Do you have a good way of tracking Shop Floor Setup Documents?

Is your shop floor dynamics like losing your car keys multiple times a day? We have multiple places to store CNC Shop floor documents and the programs that go with them. The creates a constant line of people coming up to my office (I am a Siemens NX CNC Programmer), wanting me to either find the CNC program or the Shop Floor Documents that goes with that program. Finally, I have found a solution that makes it so that the programs and documents are easy to find. You can watch the video:
