DOCUMENTATION FOR ROTARY VANE COMPRESSOR

Hello everybody
I have just gotten a quotation for a rotary vane compressor. The quotation is ok for me, but I would like to write clearly the list of documents I want to receive with the machine.
It’s the first time for me in this activity.
The application It’s for an Oil&Gas field, and the machine it’s Atex compliant.

Can someone suggest the list, or the basic document that I have necessarily to request?

Besides the operating manual, parts list and diagrams, maintenace manuals with recommeded consumables, and inspection intervals.

You might ask for certified dimensional drawings if you ned to skid the unit up.

MTR's for the materials they purchaced. Hydrotest reports. Flow test reports.

Some of these may cost extra, its your nickle.

Don't forget noise levels.

Ask for the declaration of conformity and ATEX documents to insure the unit is marked for the standards that you need it marked.
