Documented Papers on Helicopter Patrol of Transmission Lines

Guys,
Could you please help me find some technical papers on Transmission line Maintenance through helicopter patrol. Such maintenances that include perhaps thermal scanning, ultrasonic scanning, etc. I need it to convince my supervisor that there are really industries who are already using these helicopter and scanner technologies.

If you happen to have access to EPRI documents, there was a presentation on this subject at the 2006 Infrared User's Group. The presenter was one of the large Canadian Utilities.

What I'm actually looking for is a documented reference on assessing the condition of porcelain insulators through UV or Ultrasonic scanners by earial patrol.
