Does Abaqus 6.12 come with A.T.O.M.?

I currently use ABAQUS 6.9. I really like the idea of the A.T.O.M. feature (Abaqus Topology Optimization Module). Does ATOM come with Abaqus 6.12, or is it an 'add-on'? Has anyone used this feature?
