Does anyone know a good affordable pump that is FKM/Viton sealed?

I'm working on a project which requires a pump that has its gaskets/O-rings sealed with FKM/Viton. All pumps I came across are sealed with either Buna or EPDM, both are no good in my case.

I'd appreciate any recommendations. My budget is somewhere between $250-$300

Requirements:
- Viton/FKM O-rings and Gaskets
- 1/3 hp
- 1” outlet size
- 220Voltage
- withstands high temperature liquid (212F / 100C)
- for Oil
- at least 10 GPM

I’m forgiving with any other feature not mentioned.

To avoid wasting peoples time, why don't you post some requirements like the capacity, pressure, power requirements, fluid, etc.

Great point. Post updated with specific requirements. Thank you!

Thank you, TugboatEng. They seem to be what I need but man aren't they expensive. The standard model goes for well above $500. That's why beyond my budget. Hoping for other options guys.

TugboatEng,

The OP's original post mentioned a mag drive pump which wouldn't have a seal that could end of leaking. Do you know of a similar type of pump?

You can buy the March pump on ebay for a reduced price, but you may have to replace the seals.

Mag drive pumps still have seals. The most common designs have a stamped stainless steel housing that covers the mag drive coupling and it is compressed against an o-ring. The seals in mag drive pumps are strictly static which ideally eliminates the wear part of the lifecycle. They're also low emissions when dealing with fluids that can emit flammable or toxic gasses.

March makes a lot of pumps for the food service industry. There may be some benefits to mag drive for sanitary applications. I think this is a primary driver in their designs.

Thank you, Bimr.
The pump in that link is very attractive, but I wonder why the seller listed it far cheap than other sites. He's asking for $100 and it's in stock for $350. It's brand new too. Do you think it's a copy cat and not actually March?

If you want to sell something on ebay, nobody on that site will pay full price. It's because shoppers on ebay will only buy cheap and they expect free shipping too. I would expect that pump is a genuine pump. If the poster on there has over 90% positive reviews, it is safe to buy.

Hi bimr ,
You're right, The seller also assured me it is. I can't wait for my next pay to scope it up. Price is so great! Thanks for sharing.
