I know it is not free, but I purchased from Cadalog.com SolidMech V3.3. Now upto V4. $US195. I use it the time and very good too.

Start with the manufacturers of these components - bearings and such. Try emerson-ept.com.
You'll have to register first, though.
As far as fasteners - we modeled our own and used custom properties for part number and description information.
Stick these in your Feature Pallette for use.
