Tuthill and others make them. http://www.tuthill.com/us/en/products/positive-displacement-pumps.cfm ... but don't go buy one just yet. It doesn't look exactly like any Tuthill model I could find easily. It could even be something else entirely. Try to find a casting mark, and provide pictures from other directions if possible.
