Not enough information to answer your question. What is the application for these fittings? There are many codes of construction (pressure vessels, piping,) that provide guidance for impact testing requirements, you need to determine which of them applies.

QUITE RIGHT. THESE FITTINGS ARE USED FOR PIPING TO CARRY GASES ESPECIALLY OXYGEN IN AIR SEPERATION PLANTS

HOPE I AM CLEAR.

So, B31.3 applies. Check this piping Code for impact requirements.
Do you have B31.3? If not, get it.

i guess impact test is not required upto -104 deg C below that its required.

I think that this temperature is only for cryogenic service. check it but for the special service. if you are not sure in the data sheet you can check the service temperature and you can make the charpy test at this temperature.
