Does Catia can edit VRML (.wrl) files ?
Not read and view, but modify !

If no, how can I transalte VRML to one of the CATIA formats ?

You can edit a VRML file in any text editor (word, wordpad), of course, if the file is't compressed or encripted.

To translate a VRML file in CATIA format, you can use OKINO/RightHemishere translator.

Do you know how to import 3ds or max files, which are meshes.. and modify them into catia? is it possible?

The same question for wrl files...

CATIA can import DXF and IGES files, if 3D STUDIO can export in these formats. I never tried, but I'm affraid of DXF (2D).

If, no, use the OKINO translator.

Is it possible with okino to transalte a 3d file from 3dstudio max or autocad, into catia???? through iges or what is the result you can get???
 
I have no ideea of the result, but I know is one of the best translator on the market. If you have the CATIA module purchased with OKINO, then you can translathe them directly in CATPART. Probably will will see them as facetes.
