Does combinations of actions need for ultimate limit state verification as well? or it's just for the serviceability limit state verification?

for the Serviceability limit state (SLS) check

E.g: for a domestic building, snow and seismic. Combination would be as follows
Design load = [total permanent] + [ψ1.00 x leading variable] + [ψ0.7 x trailing variable]

for the Ultimate limit state (ULS) check
Design load = 1.35Gk (permanent) + 1.5Qk (variable)

Is the above correct or does the combinations (snow, seismic) should be checked for ultimate limit state (ULS) as well?.

Look at equations 6.9 and 6.10 in clause 6.4.3.2

and A1.3 where you got that table from!

The title of thread is ' Does combinations of actions need for ultimate limit state verification as well? Eurocode 2 '

A= yes .. if you are looking for ULS ( strength, stability , ...)

Q= for the Ultimate limit state (ULS) check
Design load = 1.35Gk (permanent) + 1.5Qk (variable)

Is the above correct or does the combinations (snow, seismic) should be checked for ultimate limit state (ULS) as well?.

A= You are expected to consider other combinations for ULS including ( wind , seismic, ..)

I will suggest you to look to the following doc. and try to ask more specific questions..
