Does PWHT Require for P11 Fillet weld

Hi,

I working on ASME Sect.I tube to Header weld. The header are carbon SA106 Gr.B while the tube is T11 material. connect with set-in design with groove So, this joint is combination groove weld and fillet weld. The weld size is 6 mm, Per table PW39-4 PWHT requirement provide exemption for circumference butt weld with thickness less than 16 mm and for socket fillet weld but doesn't mention pressure part to pressure part fillet weld.

Does anyone know if PWHT require for this. (Personally I think it should not require) and does it have any code interpretation / code case regarding to this ?

Don't see how you can avoid PWHT. See PW-39.2.1 for instruction.
