Material soft iron

Service temperature -46 Deg C to + 153 Deg C

Is it required to impact test the base material (It is possible to extract 10 x 10 x 55 specimen)

Is it required to Impact test the weldment (In te PQR, is PQR required?)

Does the gasket material warrant impact test at all?

IMO, no, because a gasket is designed for compressive load. Cracks cannot initiate and propagate in compression.
