DOF Analysis

I would like to know how CATIA computes the "DOF vector & point" in an Assembly. Awaiting replies.

I figured it out.It projects the assembly origin into the vector. Any other better answers are welcome.

Hi,
I meant that "while we do the mechanism dof analysis" CATIA gives the values of co ordinates in x y z along with the vector. hope its clear.
