Hi all,
I am looking for replacement doors for a two-door entrance to the engine room in which our Ammonia Compressor stations operate. Our present doors have a hold-open magnet on each. Once the monitor senses high ammonia levels, the magnets release, & the door closers close doors. There is probably a locking latch on the door, locking outside from getting in. There is a emergency bar on the inside to let someone out.

I believe we use a Manning Monitoring system.

Apparently, over a few years of unloading salt for another process in the facilty, the doors above have nearly fallen apart, and no one is still around when the doors were installed. Through various safety inspection and checks we have found the need of new doors.

What I need most is a vendor to talk to.

Thank you for your time,
Greg Harper

or

Look in Thomas Catalogue at you local library under Fire Doors (or Doors, Fire), and call a vendor.
