Double block valve in High Pressure

I think it is according to ASME B31.1, that when we have a system with high pressure (typically more than 62 bar), we need to use double block valves when connecting the system to atmospheric pressure (e.g., drains and vents).

I would like to know in which part of the code this is state, I can not find it.

I need to work in an equipment that is under high pressure, and does not have double block valves, so I want to read the code about that, and see if it forbides to work.
