I need information or a book on a double-walled tank for flammable liquid and how to fix the automatic isolation valve on the tank and use what actuator thank you

yes, English is not no mother tongue, I'm Belgian, I would like to know how to fix the isolation valve on the inner tank. And can be ordered with an actuator which is a fail safe outside the tank instead. Which mounting solution you propose? thank you

You will probably get the best results by asking the companies who manufactured the tank and valves. They will have a vested interest in helping you, as it may mean a nice replacement parts order for them.
