Doubt in inserting image to cell 2

Hi all,
can anyone please help me how to fix an image to cell in the excel sheet.
cell should not move and image should be fixed to particular cell.

As far as I know you can't fix a chart to a cell, but you can protect the sheet, so the chart can't be moved or re-sized. See here:

Also, (in Excel 2013/2016) when you click "Protect sheet" you get a dialog box. Scroll down to the bottom and make sure that "Edit objects" is not selected. If it is selected the chart can still be moved even when the sheet is protected.

1. The image must be totally inside a cell (i.e., the cell height & width is bigger than the image).
2. Protect the sheet so the cell cannot be resized.

Hi,

Select your image.

Format > Size > Properties...

...and select which one of the three OPTIONS you wish to assign to your image.
