Down hole corrosion of GRP lined pipe

In the field 7" GRP pipe is used, we are doing corrosion tests simulating this pipe. We are using 3.5" pipe. Would you foresee scalability issues? If so what would they be?

The only things that come to my mind are matching the temperature gradient through the wall and matching the stress condition.
