Draft Tool for O-Ring Groove

Hi All-

I searched around the forums for this and I can't seem to find it. I'm trying to create draft for an O-Ring groove (removing material at a 70° angle around a circular groove), but I can't seem to find a way to do it using the draft tool. Am I missing something or can it not be done? I know the answer is probably just to revolve a cut around the circular section, but I was just wondering if it could be done using the draft tool.

Honestly, I picked the wrong draft reference to pull from/to! Been a while since I've used the draft tool, I guess.
