Drafting and pattern fills

I have just had a bit of an "experience" with pattern fills in the drafting workbench.

My problem was in applying a pattern to an area (dots) the pattern size was too large (not many dots appeared). Right clicking on a dot allows access to the pattern properties where the dot pitch can be altered to something more reasonable.

Now if you try applying a pattern to an area too small to show the pattern Catia alters the boundary to the area and shows it as a thick line. There is no pattern to click on and hence no option to change the properties. Also there is no immediate way to delete the applied pattern.

"Work around" - Apply a pattern (any Pattern) which looks likely to have enough fine detail, right click on the pattern to gain access to the pattern properties, you can now change the pattern fill type in the drop down menu!

To delete a pattern which is too large to see - use search and look for type pattern fill you can now select the pattern in the search result list and thus delete it.

If you know any other ways of dealing with pattern fills let me know.

Cheers
