Drafting balloons (1)(2)(3)

Is it possible to create manually ballons in a desired direction?
For example: (1)(2)(3)...
Only one balloon will have a leader added manually.

The best way I've found is to create all the Balloons, and then remove the leaders from all but the first one. Then use the Positioning tool to line them all up. (Tools + Positioning + Element Positioning) See the online Help for instructions on how to use it.
