Drafting constraining cutting plane to hole

I'm working on Catia v5 version 5-6 release 2012 service pack 5 build number 22.
Can I constrain a cutting plane to a hole so when I move the hole in the model it updates and move the cutting plane with the hole. See inclosed attachement. If this has already been addressed I'm sorry I spent an half an hour looking for it and couldn't find it.
