Drafting: Detail View Callout Position change

Hi all,

I attached a picture file and I cant find a way to do this. A Detail View is created. I changed the Callout appearance to a different one. Now instead of a letter and a leader as the callout, it is now on the detail view circle and is cut midway. How do you change the positioning of this cut?

Cannot be done. We submitted an enhancement request several years ago, and DS denied the request. We delete/hide the standard callout and insert our own from a Drafting Detail.

Thank you for the info. I wonder why they denied it. It seems to be a simple function. Maybe another request can do it? Thanks for the help.
