I'm working on a 3 page drawing and the first two pages update fine but the third page wont update without giving me an internal error. I took a screenshot of the error message I'm getting. The first one pops up when I try to update, and the second comes up after I've clicked "OK" on the first error. Can anyone help me to fix this error? I really don't want to have to re-do my drawing. I'm running in NX7.5

With only the Drawing and the Master Model part(s) open, go to...

File -> Utilities -> Part Cleanup...

...set the 'Part' option to 'All Loaded Parts', toggle ON all the options in the 'Simple' and 'Moderate Cleanup Actions' sections of the Part Cleanup dialog and hit OK. Now Save the part files. Then reopen and check to see if the problem still exists. If it does, it's probably time to call GTAC and have them look at your files.

Thanks for the reply, JRB. After doing what you suggested, I can update sheet individually, but if I try to update the entire drawing, I get the same error as before. I can work around this for now, but I may have to give GTAC a call in the future if it persists.

Can the Part Cleanup feature be used to reduce the size of exported .stp or .igs files?

Unlikely...

However, running...

File -> Export -> Heal Geometry...

...probably would, at least to the extent that it may remove small faces and merge segmented edges thus reducing the number of topological objects which are finally exported when a neutral geometric file, like STEP or IGES, is created.
