DraftSight Commands

Hi, new to the forum and DraftSight but proficient cad user.
I downloaded DraftSight for my youngest daughter and can't seem to find a Quick Dimension on it.

Does DraftSight have the Quick Dimension like Autocad.

She's using version V1R 1.4
Windows 7 IE9 64 bit.

Does Dimension > Smart not do what you want?
