Tutorials show a dialog box opening when issuing a print command or using the printer icon. When I try, the only response is the generic Canon (or Brother) print box that appears for all other applications. It will print the entire drawing extents, not scaled, fit to the paper size. There is no option to specify a window area to print. Similarly, sheet view is stuck at 8.5x11 and will not allow print configuration to open for the scale to be specified. I have reloaded DS, upgrading from R4 to R5 with no change. Using Mac OSX, V10.6, and Canon MP280, with alternate printer Brother MFC-7840W.

I've posted this Q on Dassault forum twice with no resolution, contacted Dissault with no response and tried allexperts.com with no luck. If someone could just point me in the direction where I might be able to find someone who would have the answer that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. The guide you linked is definitely a good resource that I hadn't seen before. It will help me a lot. It however does not resolve the print configuration problem. Since posting the question I've obtained another printer and am able to print through that printer's software, but the Draftsight print configuration box shown in the guides simply will not appear. I suspect that the problem may be due to the Mac version of Draftsight still being in Beta form and/or the Mac O/S version I'm using being incompatible in that function.
