Drag and drop a Part in a Product

Hi,
where I am working now, I am unable to drag an open CATPart and drop it in an open CTAProduct. I have to insert existing component everytime and it is annoying.
Does anyone knows what setting I need to change so it is possible?

Is the 'Drag & Drop' option enabled under the General Options inside of the Options available under your Tools pulldown menu?
