Drag item in listbox

I want to create opportunity in my listbox to grab some item and put it in other place(higher or lower) in the same listbox.And I have no idea how to achieve this.
If anybody could help me i will be graceful.

Thanks for your help.I don't know why my VBA doesn't work with this.Maybe because my VBA is working with SoliWorks and this version of software hasn't got every function of VB6.Anyway I've found other way to solve it.
