Can anyone provide me with old Data Sheet for (Open or Closed) Drain Sump Pumps. If its possible provide me with several DST from different projects.

yep, and we will size it for you, order it and install - anything else you would like ???
Oh! and thank you for asking.

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

Artisi, thanks for taunt response. it is really valuable engineering response.

Well I was going to add something similar, but really, Eng tips is for asking questions and getting opinions, not scrounging data sheets.

A sump pump for an open or closed drain is very simple.

Need to list
FLow
differential head
Fluid SG and viscosity
Power available (V htz etc)
Pump type
size of connections if known
Material ( if know)
air cooled or other cooling
IP rating
Flameproof or haz area rating
Continuos or intermittent

If you look at API 610 they have a data sheet there which is OTT for this size of pump but you can cut it down as you require. Just search for it and plenty xls sheets come up.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

Dear LittleInch

I have used to review such DSTs several times but my request is just to compare the format which I have passed through among the years with the one that may have different/missed data compared to the one I mentioned.

At all event thanks for polite attention & feedback.

A few more to add to this list from @LI:
a)Also list out corrosive / toxic components / any erosive solids
b)Minimum normal NPSHa at max flow
c)Fluid vapor pressure range / cloud point range
d)Mechanical design pressure for suction
e)Shaft sealing mechanism (packed gland/mechanical seal / API seal flush plan)
f)Type of driver
g)Method of capacity control ( excess pressure or flow recyle, motor speed control, on-off etc)

Dear LittleInch/georgeverghese

Thanks for your inputs/cooperation;

Our DST normally imply the following info;

Type/QTY
Operation (intermittent or Continuous)
Performance Data (Capacity, Pump Speed, suction pressure, differential pressure, NPSHA (margin))
Driver (Type, manufacturer, model, etc)
Electrical Motor (rated power & speed, protection degree, insulation class, etc)
Service
Solid %
Viscosity
Density
Pump Temp
VP
RV Set Pressure
Pump Technical Data (Horizontal or Vertical, stages, range, rotation direction, MOC, Installation (outdoor/indoor), )
Base Plate (type, Material, surface, anchor bolt, weight (shipping/net), overall dimension)
Miscellaneous (painting, marking, packaging)
