I have recently started my own firm and have been using Hydraflow Hydrographs and Storm Sewers to develop my drainage calculations in the past. Now that Autodesk has gobbled up Hydraflow, it is only available through their add-on, which I have no plan to purchase.

I have been doing a little research and the options I find out there are: Haestad StormCAD & Pond Pack [$2,500]; and HydroCAD [$400](which won't quite do everything I need).

Is there anything else I can look into. Or should I just bite the bullet and buy the Haestad products?

WinTR55 will do just about everything that Hydraflow Hydrographs will do... for free. You could get HEC-HMS to replace Hydraflow Storm Sewers.

Wasn't there another thread about this recently?

I attempted to use Hydraflow Hydrographs but it couldnt do some things that my states regs required. So back to HydroCAD. Very good program, easy to use, and have used it at a couple of medium sized firms and relatively cheap.
