Drawing of proposed test bench for hydraulic pump.

I need to assemble a test bench for hydraulic pump. Given all the equipment below, can someone help me to make a hydraulic/pneumatic drawing and their explanation. I also want to know the equations/calculations related to this project, e.g calculation for size of pipe. Thanks in advance.

This is not a good design brief...

There are thousands of questions to ask, I'll give you a few.

1) Fluid?
2) Flow?
3) Pressure?
4) Medium...water or oil?
5) What do you want to test?
