Drawing sheets and Templates 1

I'm a newbie to SW2000. I have created several parts in SW with no problems at all. My problem and question is, when creating a drawing can I use a existing ACAD border in the drawing and make it my drawing template. If I can, could someone please direct me in the right direction.

You need to save it as a DXF and import it into SW. Once you have it placed correctly on the SW border you must save it as a Template file (.slddot) Also do a File\Save Sheet Format.
