How do I draw a spline that is tangent to a line at its endpoint, and vise versa.

I'm new to AutoCAD and need some help. In SolidWorks you draw a spline with an endpoint coincident to an endpoint of a line. Then you select both the line and spline and then select tangent relationship. I know AutoCAD is completely different than SolidWorks, hence the reason for posting this topic. I just described this so you would know where I am coming from.

To draw a spline tangent to a line(s):
Start spline at endpoint of line 1 (osnap endpont).
Draw spline ending at endpoint of line 2.
When asked to "Specify start tangent" use the parallel osnap and pick line 1 (pick on far end of line).
When asked to "Specify end tangent" use the parallel osnap again on line 2.

I don't know how to accurately draw a line tangent to the endpoint of a spline.

Now I feel stupid. That's a lot simpler than I thought. Thank you.

Actually the parallel osnap isn't necessary, you can use endpoint or near also.
