Drawing Template

I'm trying to create a Drawing Template that would populate my drawing. All looks good except the fact that my Balloons are not populating the drawing. And yes , I have balloons checked on my "View Template" . How would you set the BOM Balloon Repeat Region?

Warning: The balloons can not be shown in the view on page 1 because there has been no BOM balloon repeat region set.

I have had a problem with this issue.
Make sure the table is in the drawing and region is set with the ballon you desire.
