Drawing view sketched geometry won't update

I've created sketched geometry on a drawing view and added dimensions. When I double click on the dimensions to modify them, the geometry doesn't update (Move)? Is this a CATSetting? We've just recently upgraded to R23 from R21 and never had this issue before. The strange thing is, if I double click on the dimension a second time, the dimension value window shows the value as the modify value, but the geometry has not updated / moved.
