My drawing window has some how gotten stuck behind the top toolbar and I can not get to the top of the window to move it. Anyone have any ideas on how I can get it back to where I can manipulate the window?

Try hitting F10 to hide your toolbar. Or try going to Window->Tile and see if that helps.

Will this work?

Select ALT-SPACEBAR on your keyboard, then 'M' (for Move), then use the keyboard arrow keys to move the window back into view.
