Dear all,
I was somehow sure from by memories that - for static operations - I could correct the hysteresis of a piezoelectric element by measuring its capacitance.
Now that I have the problem to correct for hysteresis in an open loop that I can not touch, looking around it seems that my pre-concept is not mentioned.
Now, if I am not wrong capacitance is measured by means of a AC signal, so in other words, while i am measuring the capacitance I am also altering the position of my system..
Do you have any hint?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts,
edo
