Driving Piles Through 900mm Rock Revetment

Looking for guidance on a methodology to drive steel cylindrical piles through a 900mm rock revetment.

Revetment is on a batter and the depth is over 15m in some spots. What would be the most cost effective way to drive these piles through the revetment without removing the entire revetment and reinstating after the works are complete?

You wont be able to drive piles through that, well at least not while keeping them straight and without a ruined pile toe.

You cant really pre drill either as it will need a rotary core drill. You may as well switch and make it a bored pile with permanent casing through the reventment.
