Drop Test using Femap (Explicit)

Hi Dears,

I would like to run one simple drop test using FEMAP (Nastran) but I cannot do this uo to now.
Has someone some example and can share with me? There is no techinical papers in internet about it.
I need o know how I can set up the data inside the software.
