dear all,
i am working with abaqus standard and am trying to apply the Drucker stability check for hyperelastic materials (specifically ogden), as done in CAE, in my own routine. Has anyone any experince on how to do so? As a first step assuming uniaxial loading only, i did employ the stiffness matrix given in the theory manual, assumed 1-direction to be loading direction, replaced lamda 2 accordingly and veried lamda 1 and eps1 respectively, to check for positve definiteness. Somewhat goes wrong anyhow since the stability range given in CAE does not correspond to my output.
I would appreaciate very much anyones' help! Thank you so much in advance,
kind regards,
Chris
