Dry wall DB (Decible) value?

Any one can tell me what DB level we can achive if we use 90mm C section steel wall with both side single layer of 16mm gypsum board.
Any code reffrence ?

Check the US Gypsum Association. They have various values of Sound Transmission Classifications for different wall configurations.
