Dual-band microstrip antenna for 900MHZ and 2GHz (help!!!)

Hi all,

I recently designed a Plane inverted F antena (PIFA) for Dual-band microstrip antenna for 900MHZ and 2GHz, however, when i do the adjustment, it is difficult that both frequencies dB are very low, nearly 8-9dB.........so is that any other way to solve this???

Possible causes:
1. High attenuation due to an inadequate physical design
2. Some flaws in the material
3. Etc.
