I have seen manufacturer supply dual certified material as A105/A 350LF2.

Similarly can casting be dual certify by mfg as A216Gr WCB/A352 Gr LCB????.

has any body came across such certified casting????

It looks like dual certification can be done, although I have never seen it on projects. Even though SA 217 does not provide specific requirements for CVN impact testing (even under Supplementary requirements), reference to A 703 is mentioned, and here CVN impact testing guidance is provided. The CVN impact testing for SA 217 Grade WCB would have to be agreed upon between the Purchaser and Supplier.
If the CVN test results for the SA 217 WCB are acceptable and the chemistry and mechanicals overlap, dual certification is possible.

I concur with the reply from metengr...

Note: A 350 LF2 has 2 classes (1 or 2).
