dual dimensioning fractions

Does anybody know how to make only the primary units (inches) show as fractions and not the secondary dimensions (mm)? Both show as fractions. There must be an option in the dtl file. thx whoever

If you are using AutoCAD - this is fairly simple to do. If another package - read the manual - is best I can offer you.

(Actually - looking at the age of the original post, one would hope this person determined the answer on their own...)
