Dear Experts,
As you know SMACNA gives recommendation about construction standards only for upto 2500 Pa (10 inc Wg). It is really strange that there is no any information about Duct construction standard with the static pressure over 2500 Pa (10 inch Wg). And i search internet and could not found any information at EN standards also.

Any thoughts about this situation?

I don't know if it will be applicable to your situation, but the SMACNA industrial duct construction standards (there's one for round ducts and one for rectangular) cover pressures quite a bit higher than that (tens to hundreds of inches Wg if I remember correctly).

You are looking at Low Pressure Duct Construction Standards.
SMACNA Industrial Duct Construction Standards covers pressures greater than 10" wc.
