anybody use software to estimate price of duct?

Or can you give me $/sf of duct here in upstate Ny?

After you customize labor tables, your numbers will be correct. $/ft is not a good quick price check. $/lb will give better results. Check with a trusted contractor to arrive at rules of thumb based upon local market. Labor varies upon pressure class and construction standards.

Also a thing to think about, what ducting are you using.

Hot dipped galvanized steel or rigid close cell polyisocyanate see

This last one works a lot faster and is not as heavy as galvanized steel.
