Duo wafer check valve

I am trying to obtain a quote on a 4" bronze body and seat, flanged type, duo wafer check valve that was originally provided by Mission Valve & Pump Co. So far I have not had much luck finding companies that may be able to provide me any kind of information. Can you please help?
