Review UHA-51 in ASME Section VIII, Div 1. You will find your answer in UHA-51 (d)(3).

Most customers want production tests far in excess of Code requirements. On several recent jobs, in addition to impacts required by Code, we were required to perform impacts in numerous locations, ferrite tests in numerous locations by the manual point count method and hardness by Vickers HV10.
So the answer to your questions is - depends on what tests your talking about.
