Dust Extraction System Design

I would like to design an extraction system, which will be removing dust created at a conveyor belt transfer point as well as dust created by a coal hammermill.

i would like to find out if there is any free software that is available for use or if there is none, the procedure in carrying out the design.

i have done the sieve analysis of the coal dust particles and would like to have the collection system close the the hammer mill where the dust collected can be passed on to the fuel injector.
