DWG Editor Metric to Standard

I am using a old file on DWG editor and the units are metric. Is there a easy way to convert into standard? Even if it is just the dimensions that would help.

Not sure.
Try right-click on dimension. Is there an option to change units?

Haven't not used DWG Editor much but in DraftSight (a free tool to edit/read DWG/DXF files), go to Tools > Options > Drawing Settings and change Unit system or any setting there.
